What Do We Do?

Our programs and initiatives focus on four keys- Literacy, Entertainment, Advocacy, and Development– codenamed LEAD. While Literacy and Entertainment programs revolve around Child Educare, our Advocacy & Development programs centre on our Rural Assist to the needy, the community, and the environment.

– Understanding education as the cornerstone of empowerment and worried that digitalisation widens the gap between urban-rural learning environments, our literacy program codenamed STEM wants to provide and equip digital learning labs in rural areas and instill the love for learning, grooming and showcasing talents among children in rural communities.

A. Smart Learning Lab:
– Introduce smart labs equipped with power supply (electricity, solar, standby generator), computers, internet access, projectors, cameras, screens, and all other basic learning materials that will replicate today’s digital learning environments.

B: Talent Recruitments
– Identify and recruit brilliant lads and skilful individuals in schools and the environs.

C. Educare
– Develop Stem curricula for pupils and students that will deepen and augment their learnings in various schools.
– Develop programs that cover identified skills like musical instrument handling, sports, dancing, etc and provide facilities to support their development.
– Scout and retain offline and online experts, hired and volunteers, for stem curricula implementation and training & coaching of identified skills and talents.
– Build a network of volunteers both offline and online across the globe to engage with the centre’s mentees virtually and otherwise.
– Facilitate exchange programs between rural and urban children to enrich their horizons, interactions and appreciation of diverse people, environment, culture and lifestyles.
– Organise competitions, quizzes and hackathons focused on solving local community problems through technology and innovation to encourage creativity and critical thinking.

D. Mentorship
– Create a pool of willing mentors to offer mentorship support to trainees
– Provide career counselling and mental health support for kids with learning disabilities and those who experienced trauma.
– We recognize the importance of recreation in a child’s life. Through our screen initiatives, we provide access to culturally and social enriching experiences, widening imagination and participation while fostering creativity.

A. Viewing Centers
– Provide digital gadgets for viewing news and sports events, watching discovery channels and keeping trainees updated with global events.
– Build regular timetables for watching audio and visual learning materials that promote Stem knowledge.

B. Cultural Expressions
– Support trainees and encourage the local populace to promote their identity through culture through expressions like dances, dressing, cooking competitions, etc.
– Form a marshall band group of trainees to promote socialisation and social participation.

C. Sports
– Provide sporting facilities like football table-tennis, volleyball, basketball and badminton and promote occasional competition to groom local interest in sports
Advocating for rights and privileges of persons and communities, championing health and environmental awareness are core to our objectives.

A. Give-Back Philosophy
– Integrate give-back programs in the traineeship and make community services compulsory for trainees as part of their programmes.

B. Peace Enlightenment
– Create and support programs within communities on peace, engagement and crimes.

C. Human Development Advocacy
– Develop and sponsor programs focused on educating the community on education and entrepreneurship

D. Health Awareness
– Sponsor regular health programmes on nutrition, hygiene, and basic health practices and offer occasional medical screening for the aged.
– Integrate mental health awareness and support services, providing access to counselors and resources to help people battling stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
– Organise health outreach programme for the rural communities.

E. Eco-literacy
– Create awareness on the environmental conversation through actions such as tree planting, recycling, digital content and interactive sessions, and foster eco-friendly practices
Helping the needy, discovering and grooming brilliant individuals, providing basic amenities for the communities as well as building strong and resilient communities that maximise their own potentials through guided actions is at the heart of our mission

A. Option for the Poor
– Identify the vulnerable adults and groups and offer them succor.
– Identify vulnerable homes and provide for them.

B. Scholarships
– Provide scholarships to whiz kids in select areas of STEM and otherwise

C. Provide Drinkable water, et al
– Work closely with local leaders and stakeholders to provide drinkable water.
– Identify other basic needs and develop actionable policy to realise them.

D. Collaborations & Partnership
– Collaborate with tech companies, educational institutions, NGOs, individuals to access resources, technology, expertise and network that can amplify our objectives.
– Liaise with the Govt (local, state & national) to provide amenities in identified communities and align efforts with our public education, rural development policies to ensure sustainability and scalability.
– To scout for volunteers, groups or individuals, willing to support and collaborate with our LEAD programme.
– Partner with Foreign and Local Missions, NGOs who share similar initiatives with us.
